MiCollab (formerly Mitel Applications Suite) is a software solution for MiVoice Business that provides co-residency features for applications, such as MiCollab Nupoint UM , MiVoice Border Gateway, MiCollab Mobile Client, and MiCollab Audio, Web, and Video. MiCollab supports the co-residency of multiple applications on a single server in either LAN mode or Network Edge mode.
MiCollab provides the following features for applications:
My Unified Communications portal: a common login point for users to access their communication settings
Administrator Portal: a common portal for administrators to configure all applications
User and Service Provisioning (USP): a common portal for users to enter user-configurable information.
